We hate to see you go! But if you're sure the party's over, there are a few ways you can make your getaway or simply take a break from the action. Select from one of these options:
Unsubscribe from Email Communication
If you want to stay in the Fan Club, but you feel like you're just receiving too many emails on a regular basis, we make it simple to clean up your inbox!
First, you can quickly unsubscribe from the newsletter by scrolling to the bottom of any email you receive, and click Unsubscribe
Or, you can go to your Funko.com account settings and set your Notification Preferences to select only the emails you'd like to receive:
Opt Out of the Fan Club
If you'd rather not receive birthday awards or get first and exclusive access to product news (or you're under the age of 18) you can opt out of the Funko Fan Club while still receiving emails from us on Funko Shop releases and weekly news!
To opt out of the club, log in to your Funko.com account, navigate to Account Settings in the drop-down menu, and select Funko Fan Club in the Settings section. You can verify this choice by seeing "Not a member" selected:
Delete Your Funko Profile
If you no longer make purchases from Funko Shop, do not want to track your collection in the Funko App, and need to delete your account, please reach out to our customer service team by filling out the contact form.
Your account will be permanently deleted, so if you choose to come back, you will have to create a new profile and re-enter the products in your collection.
