How do I get my reward?
All you have to do is follow these three steps and then watch for an email within your birth month!
First, make sure to sign up for the Fan Club and check that your birthday is up-to-date on your account. You must remain opted in to the Club to be sure to receive your reward.
If you are signed up, you will see this!
Second, subscribe to our newsletter and notifications in the Notification Preferences section under Account Settings.
And third, have or Enter in a valid US based physical shipping address (PO boxes excluded) registered on Funko.com under Personal Info - Addresses
(on your Funko.com account page).
What happens if I didn't get my email?
If you have done the all of the above at least 14 days prior to your birth month, and you haven’t received an email from Funko by the middle of your birthday month, first check your spam folder. Sometimes, Freddy happens to land there by mistake! Still nothing? Contact Funko Support through our contact form for help.
