We always love to hear what our fans are looking for! Our customer service specialists or other Funkovians are not able to pass anything along, so this is the most direct way to make your voice heard.
What happens to my submission?
All of the details on the form are collected in a database that lets us know what's happening in pop culture. What's hot? Who's trending? What's important to you? Submissions are reviewed by our teams and combined with a lot of deep thinking, analysis, and creative know-how to decide if it's something we can pursue. We receive hundreds and hundreds of emails every month, so while we can't respond to each submission individually, we promise they are all received and reviewed!
Do I get free merch or credit if my suggestion is turned into a product?
At Funko, we are all about the fans! But keep in mind that a lot of ideas are floated around and they come from every which direction: blogs, social media, trending movies and shows, and our own marketing and design teams, as well as fan feedback. We are not able to attribute the idea for a product to any one source, so we do not give credit to any individual or offer compensation.
