While we cannot promise mint condition, if your physical reward has a significant defect, or arrives damaged or broken, please contact our customer care using the Support button in the bottom right corner and selecting 'Fan Rewards'
For most physical rewards, no substitutions are allowed. Since many of the physical rewards are one-of-one, under most circumstances, we would be unable to provide an exact replacement or substitution.
However, under specific circumstances, we may be able to provide a point refund. Point refunds are subject to Funko’s review and approval. In the event of a point refund, we may still request that you return the physical reward.
