In certain instances, it is possible for you to lose points from your Fan Rewards account, including:
If you have been inactive or not logged into Fan Rewards within a one (1) year period.
If you return a purchase for which you were awarded points to your Fan Rewards account.
If you gained points through methods which violate the terms and conditions set forth as part of the Fan Rewards program. This will result in the deduction of points from your account and places your account at risk of termination.
Please note that we have a thirty (30) day restoration period for points lost due to account inactivity. If you would like to restore lost points within this period, please reach out to our customer care team using the Support button in the bottom right corner and selecting Fan Rewards.
