- Download or update to the latest version of your browser.
- Clear your brower’s cache and cookie history.
- Disable ad blockers or third-party extensions while using your Fan Rewards account. Alternatively, add funko.com, loungefly.com, and funko.com/fanrewards to the ad blocker’s whitelist.
- Use a different browser (e.g., Google Chrome, Safari, etc.).
- Use private browsing or an incognito window.
- Update your browser’s tracking settings to allow “cross-website tracking” (typically, located under “Privacy and Security” settings). In some cases, having this setting disabled may prevent points from being awarded.
