In order to verify your account you will need a US phone number, however if you are a Funko app user, you can continue using the app outside of the US. To sign up for an account without a phone number, please do so within the Funko App.
Logging into your account for the first time since 3/7/23?
We have updated our website and accounts! You will need to reset your password.
For mobile users logging into their account on the Funko app, account verification (or choosing to opt out of account verification) requires the following steps:
- If you had a Funko account in the past, on first log in, you will be asked to check your email for a password reset link.
- When you click the link in the email, you'll be pushed to a password reset page on Funko.com.
- The mobile phone number field will exist on this page, but it will be optional.
- If you do not have a US phone number, leave this field blank.
- If you enter a US phone number, you will need to finish the verification process detailed above.
- If you leave the field blank, your password will be reset, then you can go back to the mobile app and log in.
Unverified accounts can use the mobile app, however, in order to purchase select exclusive items on Funko.com and Loungefly.com you will need to have a verified account and be signed in to complete the purchase.
International customers who have a US shipping address are welcome to check out on Funko.com and Loungefly.com using guest checkout.
